I recently took care of two guinea pigs, and I made this painting to immortalize them both. The guinea pig in the piece isn’t a specific one, but a mix of the two, white with black spots and a patch over one eye.
The girl in the painting is the owner of the guinea pigs. There’s no complicated concept behind it, it’s simply a nice memory. A way to keep that moment, and them, around a little longer. Jack and Will, like the pirates.
